Philip Jordan, Senior Technician
Philip joined CEP in 1977 as a junior technician. Since then he has accumulated a great deal of experience on civil and structural engineering projects, and has become the leader of CEP's technicians and drawing office supervision team. Philip arranges the timetable for the firm's regular schedule of internal seminars, promoting Continuous Professional Development at all levels. He is a founding member of the Barbados Association of Engineering Draughting Technicians (BAEDT). He has served on its Board of Directors and represented that association as a Technical Committee Member reviewing the Barbados National Building Code and the Regional Building Standards for the Caribbean.

James Rollock, Technician
James joined the CEP team in 2005. He has done geotechnical and structural survey work under a wide range of conditions with direction from senior Engineers and Directors. In this manner, he has accumulated significant amounts of knowledge in structural and geotechnical engineering. He has also developed the skill of utilizing the reinforcement detailing software called CADS RC, which aids in the rebar detailing of structures. In addition to his duties as a technician, he is CEP's lead Archivist, retrieving documents generated by the firm over the past 50 years. James is also responsible for the maintenance and upgrading of CEP's computer and internal network system, which includes ensuring that the server is functional at all times. He is currently the Treasurer of the Barbados Association Of Engineering Draughting Technicians (BAEDT).

Jose Ferguson, Junior Technician
Jose joined the team at Consulting Engineers Partnership in 2008 under attaché of a draftsman. Since then he has gained a considerable amount of experience working on various structural engineering projects under the direction of senior Engineers and Directors. As a drafting technician, he has accepted and discharged the responsibility for providing general arrangement and reinforcement drawings for various structures, in addition to the binding and printing of various documents, in conjunction with the duties of the assistant archivist. He is a member of the Barbados Association of Engineering Drafting Technicians (BAEDT).
