The Fort George Heights residential community comprising some 110
acres was developed in a phased manner over a period spanning 24 years. CEP was responsible
for the site master planning of the residential neighborhoods including: sizing of residential
lots, design of roads, coordinating the installation of underground utilities, stormwater
detention and design and site drainage.
The residential clusters were generously packed and integrated with the contours of the landscape, thus preserving as much of the character of the site as virgin terrain.
