Clients on occasion ask CEP to assume the project management role for their projects. This work involves the overseeing, the planning, scheduling, contract co-ordination, contract administration, work verification and cost control of a project from inception to handover. This includes managing the professional team of consultant designers, thus providing the client with a single source of contact. The goal is to meet clients expectations for financially viable projects and making sure they are completed to time, to a high quality and within budget.
